Agreement:
By making a purchase with us, you agree to our store policies.
Cancellations and Refunds:
- All sales are final; no cancellations, returns, refunds, or exchanges.
- If you ordered the wrong size, email us within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours, no changes can be made to your order.
Shipping:
- You'll receive a tracking number within 1.5-2 weeks of ordering. Check your email, including spam/junk folders, before contacting us.
- All items SHIP SEPARATELY so you will receive one tracking number for each item ordered.
- Expedited shipping is available at an extra cost of $20 PER item, taking 2 weeks or less. Contact us for multiple items.
Tracking Your Order:
- Use the 17track app or website and input your tracking number which was sent by us to your email
- For the website, click the bottom middle button for translation; for the app, click the translate button.
- There is no estimated time of arrival (ETA). You'll know your package is close when a city near you or your city's name appears. It's normal if the tracking initially says China or shows nothing; it should update within 3 days.
Other:
- We're not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
- Some items with boxes may have damaged or dented boxes due to shipping; we apologize for any inconvenience.
- All sizing and fit information is described under each item and sizing chart is available. Contact us for further assistance in choosing the right size.
- No exact ETA is available. Once we send a tracking number, there are no updates from us. It's your responsibility to track your order and inform us of any tracking abnormalities. All sales are final.
