Q: How long is shipping?

A: 3-5 days for perfumes. All other items: 2-4 weeks for standard shipping , 2 weeks for express. 

Tracking Number info

Q: When will I get my tracking number?

A: you will receive your tracking number within in 1.5-2 weeks if you selected standard shipping. Express shipping orders will receive a tracking 1 week after ordering.

Q:Where do I find my tracking number?

A: You can find your tracking number in your email. Please make sure you search ALL your email folders including your junk/spam folder. 

How to track a package 
Q: How do I track my package?
A: Use the website 17Track linked below. Enter your tracking number and click track. Click the middle bottom button for the translation. No carrier name is needed. DO NOT USE THE SHOP APP it is inaccurate.

 I ordered multiple items 
Q: I ordered multiple items, how come I only received one tracking number?

A: ALL items ship separately and at different speeds. As items are custom made (with the exception of perfumes) some get done earlier than others. If you ordered multiple items you will receive one tracking number for each item. If you received only one tracking number, please wait until it has been 2 weeks from your order date to receive the other tracking number/s.
